| I find chaos dreads to be too unpredictable to use.
I feel that the layout you have for him is the best, as the range is limited, thereby reducing the likelihood of shooting your own troops, but I just don't like a unit that I can't trust to perform. _________________ 13th company record: 14/7/1 |

| I usually keep him fairly far away so if he does the get shooty he cant hurt my guys much, and he is usually the front line hehe _________________ Dark Eldar

| Gift of Chaos is an expensive, unreliable psychic power. Granted, it has the potential to destroy any model in one hit with no saving throw, but this is much less useful against some armies than others (armies whose commanders have high Toughness). It still might be worth it to keep it on the Sorcerer Lord, but for the Aspiring Sorcerer I'd suggest swapping it out for the cheaper and always useful Doombolt (which makes the squad even better at pumping out S4 AP3 shots).
Overall, it seems like this army is geared toward fighting small, elite armies, preferably with lots of power armor and tanks. I don't think this army would fare very well against, say, orks or 'nids. If that's what you're shooting for, go for it, but I've always been partial to balanced lists. _________________ Games I play:

| Is this for the Rogue at the KK sunday or just screwing around? I like it, lots invulnerables and the gift is great, got to get close to use it though. Give those troops champs melta bombs. _________________ If the Emperor is the light of Mankind, then I am the eternal darkness he is now lost in.
