| Last Saturday Nick and I played a quick game of AT-43 to finish up the night. We did 1K with his Red Block against some Therians. Other than killing his one unit of infantry in a horribly one way fight I then got stomped by a Kossak and that pervert chick.
I think I remember talking to George about the low point dynamics a LONG time ago in a store that is no more. He was right, Therians probably don't handle well in very small games. I wonder if the Karmens will be the same way. They have pricey models so if they have fewer of them will that changes things much?
Although if I do play another quick 1K I'm bringing the Bane Goliths! |

| As far as points and Karmens,On the AT-43 Fourms, games have been played out, with what the Karmens have unleashed thus far,and I must say, they are pretty devistating. If your oppinet knows you are bringing K-Fighters they wont bring any AFV.Would you?I wouldnt.
Karmens are definitly not fighting with large numbers like the Therians or R.B.There armour is paper thin, but there guns are super devistating. The AFV they run are wicked fast, and do really strange but cool stuff, with firing radius and other stuff.
My buddy has my book,so I havent commented on them to much. You know me _________________ 8500AP RED BLOK AT-43 3000AP Therians AT-43 4000AP Griffins Confrontation Vampire Counts complete set 2500AP Dwarfs Warhammer 1000AP Karmans War at Sea, Task Force Almost a Full collection |

| not true....I'd still bring my toads....This is why you have Jamtacs in your squads....to handle K-fighters and such.
You remeber our first game Sig....I was making minced meat out of your AFV's with those 3 little guys. _________________ Disclaimer: Everything I say is meant to be used in a fun and joking manner. Can't deal with it? Grow a ball sack!

| My point was ,with what Rackham has on the shelves of Karmens, and I knew my oppoinet was bringing K-Fighters,why would I put A.F.V. on the board. The K-Fighters can only shoot at AFV,and nothing else.
In fact, that would be a pretty cold and non sportsmanship style play.It would prove that you was very scared of the K-fighters Jammers and other nasty strategys.
It would still be one way to cripple there force as of yet.Fair and square.
When my Hussar is unloaded from Cerb 4 fleet. The Red Blok will then be the most powerful Army in the AT-43 World.Case in Fact!! _________________ 8500AP RED BLOK AT-43 3000AP Therians AT-43 4000AP Griffins Confrontation Vampire Counts complete set 2500AP Dwarfs Warhammer 1000AP Karmans War at Sea, Task Force Almost a Full collection |

| | I'm really not sold on the Karmens yet, but it does seem as armies evolve the Therians are becoming the weaker army based on what is available and current rules.. any thoughts??? |

I thought the same thing the first time I played the UNA.A new army always has its cool aspects and neat strategeys. Remenber, there is always a counter in this game.So far I think the Therians have held there own.
Phases of the game.Phase one was brutally terrible for the Therians. They just couldnt withstand the Reinforcments being so close to there enemys. That hurt the Therians the most.
Phase two, tables have changed a little. Now the Therians have massed in numbers and tacful stategys with their Node for starters. They already have reconstruction routine.(Bringing back the dead).Add the node to the game.they have just doubled there armys dead returning to the game.At the most six per game, thats how many fit on the Node.No other army can do these kind of Matrix style routines.Yet.
Phase Three. From reading it only,I see that nothing has changed for the Therians, except one more army coming into the game.Im speaking of the Red Blok. They have just finally become strong enough to counter the deadly routines of the Therians.
Creation is the most powerful tool I believe the Therians have.Therians have the power to bring 1500 FREE POINTS to the game. Each game they play.If thats not a winner in the mind set of a Therian Player,I dont know what is.
Minding your routines will keep your Therians strong and pure.Wait untill the Succubus comes out.And the the BAAL. _________________ 8500AP RED BLOK AT-43 3000AP Therians AT-43 4000AP Griffins Confrontation Vampire Counts complete set 2500AP Dwarfs Warhammer 1000AP Karmans War at Sea, Task Force Almost a Full collection |

| I'm still stuck not knowing what the Karmans points are. The first troops they listed seemed reasonable enough, the skimmer must be a point heavy monster to have that stat line.
Just need to see the dang book or buy one to get my mind around the fur-balls |
