The list looks pretty solid for a vermin horde.

The only thing I can think of is drop the Chieftain, add those points to the jezzails. The reason I say this is you lack enough hard hitting units to take down those tough units belonging to everyone else. Overall the list looks good.

The clan rats would do better if upped to 30 a piece. That way you do not lose your rank bonus so quickly.

As for the chieftains weapon and shield there is nothing wrong. You can have several magical pieces you just can not have two magical weapons. Your all good other then I just would not go for a chieftain.

the list looks pretty solid, The standard bearer may not be such a bad idea. I do agree that more clan rats would be better, but you may not need them.

the standard is the reason why I have the chiftan so I can reroll my failed tests(which I do tend to fail with skaven) the problem with adding more to the clan rats is I have nothing to drop for them besides either the chieftans magic iteams or the stormvermin which are supposed to keep the chiftan alive
